Profit sharing
We believe that sharing in the firm’s profit is a great way to support staff performance. Part of Taitem's profit is distributed to staff at the end of the fiscal year.

Our office is located in a historic building in beautiful downtown Ithaca. Certified LEED Platinum, the building is comfortable, healthy and energy efficient, with EV charging stations on site.
