EcoVillage at Ithaca is an innovative co-housing community that emphasizes environmental stewardship, cooperation, and sustainability. The Tree Neighborhood is the third community at EcoVillage.

Taitem developed the appropriate energy systems and technology to meet the design goals for various styles of townhouses and the common building as well as a plan to commission the houses to demonstrate energy-related performance. Taitem also provided structural wood design for the four-story Common House with 15 apartments and for 30 new townhouses.
