TEFFT HALL – ALFRED UNIVERSITY

Tefft Hall is a 4-story building that was constructed in 1962 and is used primarily as a residence hall. This project called for the replacement of the original boiler with a high efficiency condensing boiler, design for an alternate to replace the existing electrical service, and plans and specifications to install a sprinkler system throughout the building. The project also included the scope of remodeling all existing bathrooms, including a public bathroom on the ground floor.

Taitem provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety design services for the project.
