Shrikant Joshi

Project Engineer

Shrikant is a Project Engineer who joined Taitem in 2019 with a diverse background and expertise in ASHRAE-level energy auditing, benchmarking, building envelope consulting and air pressurization testing, testing & verification, energy modeling, and code-commissioning. His work in the E+S Department includes research and analysis on low-carbon building retrofit solutions for dormitories at Syracuse University, energy consulting, and M&V support for Cornell University’s Carbon reduction goals under the NYSERDA C&ICC program. He provides energy consulting for NYSERDA’s New construction program for multifamily high-rise buildings to meet EPA’s Energy Star program requirements and technical assistance for the new construction and reuse projects for NYS’s Homes and Community Renewal under the clean energy initiative. Shrikant also conducts energy studies under various NYSERDA programs and air pressurization tests for new constructions. Shrikant is a USGBC-certified LEED Green Associate and holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a BE (Mechanical Engineering) from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, India.
