NRP LAMPHEAR COURT TOWNHOUSES
The goal for NRP Lamphear Townhomes was to re-develop an existing site located at 101 Lamphear Court in Corning. The site had 23 single-story, wood framed townhouses and 10 two-story wood framed townhouses. These structures were originally constructed in the early 1960’s.
The intent for this project was to reuse as much of the existing exterior walls and foundations as possible. The project scope included system design and documentation for five townhouse building designs and one clubhouse building. These building types were then replicated across the site in phases.
Taitem provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural design and construction phase services for this multifamily project.
