Taitem is providing technical assistance at Tailor Square, an adaptive reuse project in Rochester developed by Home Leasing LLC, a fellow B-Corp.
At last week’s NYS Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) annual conference, we heard how the project team navigated regulatory and financing obstacles to turn the historic Hickey Freeman suit factory into a mixed-use, mixed-income community. The finished project will be tailored to seniors, including 134 affordable apartments.
