Maguire Automotive Headquarters – MEPS design, LEED consulting and construction phase services for this major renovation of their flagship location in 2010. The car dealership was one of the first in the nation to receive LEED Platinum certification.
Maguire Volkswagen – Structural and electrical design for the renovation at this Ithaca dealership in 2014.
Maguire Reconditioning Center – MEPS design for the renovation of a 15,000 SF warehouse for an automotive reconditioning center in 2015.
Maguire Fiat – MEPS design for a 10,000 SF Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram showroom renovation and 6,000 SF Fiat showroom addition in 2016.
