ITHAKA TERRACES – ITHACA, NY
The twelve new homes that make up Ithaka Terraces are inspired by the traditional architecture of the Greek island of Ithaka half a world away. This all-electric net zero energy condominium complex is just 3 blocks from the Ithaca Commons at 215 Spencer Road. The building designs are so energy efficient that an off-site solar farm will generate all the electricity needed to heat, cool, illuminate and power appliances in all the homes.
