GREENSTAR COOPERATIVE MARKET – ITHACA, NY
GreenStar’s West End project at 770 Cascadilla Street broke ground in mid-November 2018. This new location will be a one-stop shop with a sustainable, organic grocery including a deli, bakery, beer and hard cider, and bulk foods. The new facility will allow Greenstar to centralize its kitchen, administrative offices, warehouse space, cafe, and store into a single location with improved accessibility.
Taitem provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and fire protection design and construction phase services for the fit-out of this 30,000 SF existing building.
