Jim Holahan

Senior Energy Analyst

Jim Holahan, CMVP, Senior Energy Analyst at Taitem Engineering, has an extensive background in conducting energy audits and contributes his expertise in measurement and verification (M&V) to energy consulting and research projects. Jim provided outreach to commercial and industrial facilities for NYSERDA’s Existing Facilities and Flextech Programs. He recently completed a year as an On-Site Energy Manager (OsEM) for an international lumber company as part of a NYSERDA pilot program, saving over 10% of the company’s annual electric usage the first year.

Jim is certified as a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) and a BPI Building Analyst (BA). He has broad experience in the green building field, including wood and metal fabrication and construction/renovation project management. Jim has a B.S. from SUNY Empire State College in Business, Management, and Economics.
