Located in the Longwood Historic District in the South Bronx, this project includes the landmarked Denison-White Mansion and a new, 8-story apartment building. Cedars revitalizes a neglected site and provides a healthy and “green” home for its residents. Incorporating a geothermal heat pump system and green roof, City Cedars recently received LEED Gold Certification.
