2005 R&D100 award for its TREAT software program, in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Lab, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and Performance Systems Development. TREAT analyzes energy use in residential buildings and allows users to estimate energy savings of improvements. It is used widely in New York State, New Hampshire, Maine, and Washington State.

2004–2005 Southern Tier of New York Chapter of ASHRAE, first-place technology award in the existing institutional buildings category for the design and implementation of a solar recovery ventilation system at Almus Olver Towers, an apartment building owned by the Syracuse, NY Housing Authority.
