Crawl Space Improvements in New York State Multifamily Buildings: Analysis and Recommendations. Study of crawlspace design, insulation, and ventilation. Recommendations to improve design, to reduce humidity, reduce heat loss, and reduce risk of freezing pipes in crawlspaces. For the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. 2005.

Integrating Solar Heat and Ventilation Controls in Multifamily Buildings. Pilot research project to assess the commercial viability of solar preheating ventilation make-up air, and also to examine ventilation controls issues. Research project for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.Automatic field data acquisition at two single-family dwelling sites over a one-year period to measure detailed energy use of a novel heating and air conditioning system. Final Report 1998.

Evaluation of Ventilation in Multi-Family Dwellings. Research project for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.Prime contractor for 1-year research project which examined ten buildings around New York State and City.Contract included development of a Model Ventilation Audit, evaluation of potential energy savings, review of relevant ventilation codes, and training in a series of workshops which were held statewide during autumn 1992.
